I soon expanded into growing plants for sale - a real labour of love - concentrating on "tried and tested" hardy perennials which have been grown in gardens for many, many years. Native wild flowers were soon added to my collection as they very much have a place in a traditional garden. I have now added annuals for cutting as well as a few other plants I find interesting, so it is really a very eclectic mix.

The majority of plants are grown from seed and in small quantities. They are available from farmers' markets and plant fairs (see "Where to Buy").

My Potting Shed also has an artist's easel on which I paint the many flowers that I grow and those that grow in the nearby countryside. At rare moments when my plants and garden do not need me I can be found in my Potting Shed making felt from which I create pictures, jewellery and other bibs and bobs.
